Terms and Conditions 

Here are the Terms and Conditions you must go through before placing any order for Art Work from Samanvai Art Gallery.

After all agreements between both trading parties (through mail contact), the purchaser will receive a “sale contract” per e-mail containing the final price list, the correct product details, the additional freight, insurance & packing charges,if any, the bank information as well as further arrangements (concerning the frame for example).

If the prospective buyer is still interested in purchasing the artworks mentioned in the ‘sale contract’, he must then confirm it by sending back the “sale contract” within 2 working days (including Saturdays) approving (written confirmation) the content of this contract (date of sent mail is effectual). If he does not respond within 2 days, or if Samanvai Art Gallery does not receive any answer, then samanvaiart.com has the right to change the content of the sale contract or simply cancel the business. This is necessary due to the sudden change of prices.

The order is effective as of the date of reception of the payment on Samanvai Art Gallery’s account in Jaipur, India. If, in any case, the payment does not reach Samanvai’s account within 12 working days (from the date the purchaser has mailed his confirmation), then the “sale contract” will not be valid any more. Its validity can only be prolonged with Samanvai Art Gallery’s consent (also necessary for sudden price changes).  
As soon as the payment reaches Samanvai Art Gallery’s account, Samanvai commits itself to send the artworks to the receiving address (mentioned in the sale contract) within 4 working days, disregarding the time needed for the shipping.

The certificates of authenticity will be sent with the artwork to the same address.
