Here with Samanvai Art Gallery certifies that all artworks offered on its website www.samanvaiart.com are authentic and original works from the indicated artists.
If the artwork purchased on www.samanvaiart.com is proven to be unauthentic or not corresponding to the product details (does not include small discrepancies of sizes) specified in the sale contract, then Samanvai Art Gallery will refund the full purchase price that the buyer had to pay, if he claims it. The purchaser’s claim must be accompanied by a proof of an established and qualified institute.
This authenticity guarantee is valid for 1 year after receiving the sale contract, if the artwork has been purchased at www.samanvaiart.com and if only the actual purchaser (not assignable to another person) makes the claim. Additionally the artwork has to be returned in the same condition as it has been sent to the purchaser.
The present conditions of sale can be changed by Samanvai Art Gallery without notice. In this case, the new conditions are only applicable on subsequent orders. |
